Bushwalking
During summer, Hotham and the surrounding areas offer a range of breathtaking views and bushwalking trails. The iconic Mt Feathertop walk is one of the favourites and well worth a go. Why not take a walk up the Summit, an 8km walk out to Mt Loch or even the Dargo Loop Cross Country Trail… there are neverending walks to suit all fitness levels.  To see what an amazing experience it can be, read this beautiful article written by David and Pennie Briese of the Canberra Bushwalking Club. The club often visits Mt Hotham for a walking week between Christmas and New Year.
