Book your team in for some fun in the snow during this winter and take advantage of our Social Group Packages.

Available to groups of 20 people or more. Bookings should be made direct with Hotham Group Bookings.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

An initial $3.00 RFID media fee (per person) is applicable where a lift product is purchased. This is additional to the lift ticket cost (e.g. Adult 2 Day Lift Only: $198 + $3 (RFID media) = $201). Your RFID media can be used for future trips, even next season!

We strongly recommend that the group organiser keep a spreadsheet of all RFID numbers and the guest’s name each pass is allocated to. If a guest loses their RFID pass there is a $3.00 replacement fee. If we do not know which RFID card has been lost/allocated to which guest you will need to purchase another pass (i.e. Adult 5 Day Lift Only @ $410.00) at the full rate rather than just the $3.00 card replacement fee. Up front payment is required.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & payment to be made 7 days in advance prior to commencement of tickets. An order confirmation will be sent upon entry of your order, the balance of this confirmation is the total payable to MHSC;
2. All tickets should be for the same dates and duration;
3. All tickets to be collected and distributed by the group organiser;
4. Minimum purchase is 20 tickets;
5. These prices are only available when purchased in advance;
6. Tickets will not be issued until they are paid in full & one payment per group;
7. Where equipment rental is included, a Group Rental Spreadsheet must be completed and returned 7 days before arrival;
8. Complimentary tickets will be issued at a rate of 1 per 20 guests;
9. Complimentary tickets should be of the same value or less than the majority of the tickets purchased;
10. All packages are subject to all Terms and Conditions pertaining to Mount Hotham and Falls Creek Lift Tickets;
11. Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit. If paying by direct deposit, deposit must be made at least 7 days prior to commencement of your tickets so we can verify payment. Please email a copy of the remittance notice and deposit to tickets@hotham.com.au. Bank account details are - Account name: Mount Hotham Skiing Company, BSB: 013 545, Account number: 8375 54638
