Hero Pass

Hero Pass balance payments have now closed. If you chose to keep your card details on file and the details have not changed, your balance payment was automatically taken on 1 May 2013.

If we have a photo on file we will post your passes out in late May. You can log onto your account on our eStore to upload a new photo.

Season Passes 2013

Our Season Passes allow you to ski/ride at Hotham & Falls Creek every day of the season. NO BLACKOUT DATES at two resorts!

A Season Pass will also give you access to Hotham's fantastic night skiing. Enjoy the slopes under the lights at the Big D!

*Please note, as we require a copy of your valid full time tertiary ID, these passes are not available for purchase via our eStore. Please download, complete and return the order form below with supporting ID.

RFID Media

Season Passes are issued on a RFID media card and the cost of the card is included in the ID Pass for 2013 for all Adult, Child, Tertiary & Senior Season Passes. Lost, stolen or broken cards will incur a $3.00 replacement fee. 5 & Under and 70 yrs+ season passes will be required to purchase a RFID Media card for their ID Pass. Your media card can be reused in coming years or a new one purchased.

Tickets Office
If you have a question, phone our friendly staff in the Hotham Tickets Office on 03 5759 4436. Our Ticket Office is open Monday – Thursday (Summer) between 9am and 5pm. Sorry, but we can not accept order over the phone.

Adult: 15 - 64 years old
Senior: 65 - 69 years old
Child: 6 - 14 years old
Tertiary*: full time registered tertiary student
Secondary Student*: 15 – 18 year old full time secondary student
5 years and under and 70 years plus: complimentary

Optional Extras

SEASON PASS REFUND PROTECTION

$35 single / per person
$85 family (2 Adults & 2 Children 6-14 years)

This product will save you money in the unfortunate event of an injury or illness which prevents you from making the most of your season. A $35 initial fee covers you and will entitle you to a complete or partial refund should illness or injury occur. This insurance is also available for families for just $85 which covers 2 adult and 2 children's season passes. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions for the percentage amount refundable under Season Pass Refund Protection where the injury or sickness occurs.

If you do not purchase Season Pass Refund Protection no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.

PASS COLLECTION

Your pass(es) will be posted out during May 2013 if you have:

Paid for your passes in full (by May 1 2013) & all supporting documentation (if applicable) have been received prior to 1 May 2013.
All pass holders on your order have agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
Supplied us with a RECENT (less than 2 years old) colour headshot for each pass holder on file (you can upload your photos via our eStore under ‘My Account’).
Ensured we have your current address details prior to 1 May 2013 (you can check/alter your details via our eStore under ‘My Account’).

If we have not received the above, your pass(es) will be available for collection from the Hotham Central Ticket Office.

NOTE REGARDING PHOTOS: We require a new photo for guests ages 18 years and under each year. We reserve the right to request a new photo if we deem your supplied photo inappropriate. No headwear, beanies or goggles can be worn in photo supplied.
