Contract Position – 3-6 months

An excellent opportunity exists for an astute systems accountant to deliver outcomes at Australia’s highest alpine resort.  The Mt Hotham Resort Management Board is seeking a motivated accountant with systems experience to deliver outcomes for the benefit of stakeholders in a resort situated in the heart of the scenic Victorian high country.

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for the integration of several land and asset management modules within the established financial system.  You will be required to enhance the work flow and management reporting functions of the system by ensuring data integrity and implementation of suitable internal controls.

Experience in systems implementation and integration are essential with a preference for a background in the tourism industry or local government sector.  CPA qualified with a strong understanding of financial controls you will benefit from this small focussed regional organisation and the idyllic alpine environment.  Skills and experience in developing Crystal Report Writing will be an advantage.  You will also be involved in the financial systems, training and providing advice in a professional and timely manner.
