Hotham - Snow Season

Fountains Restaurant and Bar is located adjacent to the Arlberg, Mt Hotham.

The Restaurant is only open for dinner service, therefore the mornings will be yours to ski. You must be available to start on June 4 and be available for the entire 2008 Victorian ski season.

Our Head Chef, Nathan Wood, is looking for a talented Sous Chef who has a passion for food, utilising quality High Country local ingredients. You will have experience working in a busy, high standard, kitchen.

You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions, a good salary and accommodation will be available for the successful candidate.
