Program overview

This week is a specially designed female-only ski instruction program that is guaranteed to improve your skiing skills and a great way to explore Hotham’s beautiful mountain terrain with some new friends. There is a three day program option too (Monday to Wednesday). 

Program inclusions

You'll receive six hours per day of instruction in a supportive environment with other women, including apres session covering Why We Ski Like Women where you'll learn about ski physiology, managing fear, achieving a good boot fit and what ski best suits you.  

Enjoy daily warm up and afternoon fitness sessions including Yamuna Ski Recovery Focus Class, Relax and Revive Stretching and Pilates for core strength.  You'll also receive a welcome breakfast and lunch on day one, a half hour massage at Hotham’s White Spa, Sodashi experience evening with hand exfoliations plus shoulder and neck massage.  On day four of the all are welcome to a celebratory awards evening including complimentary drinks and canapes.
