Last Run Bar

The Last Run Bar - one of Mount Hotham's best Restaurants has a Position for a Sous Chef for the 2017 Ski Season, we are open from 4pm for Dinner Tuesday through Sunday and the Ski Season is from Mid June to Mid September. 

The Last Run is an 80 seat a la carte restaurant and wants a Sous Chef who is skilled, has imagination, can contribute to the menu and is easy to work with. 

Comfortable self-contained staff accommodation is available a short walk to work. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to Ski or Snowboard - there's plenty of time throughout the day to get out on the snow.

  • 35 - 40 hours - open 6 nights a week
