Mount Hotham Alpine Resort is one of Victoria‚Äôs premier alpine recreation destinations.¬† It holds the unique position of being the highest alpine village in Australia and the reputation of being the Resort for ‚Äúserious‚ÄĚ skiers and boarders.

The Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (MHARMB) is a State Government Statutory Authority responsible for the overall operation of the Mount Hotham Resort. 

The services provided by MHARMB include intra-village bus transport, ski patrol, traffic & parking management, snow clearing, cross country ski trail grooming, Crown lease administration, utilities & infrastructure (potable water supply, sewerage, garbage collection, drainage, and roads), local council services and community & public facilities.

During the winter months, Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board employs willing, flexible and able staff to assist in the running of our winter operations.  The positions available with Resort Management for the 2017 season are:

  • Garbage Collectors;
  • Transit Operators (bus drivers);
  • Plant Operators/Snow Clearers¬† (must be experienced);
  • Guest Service staff;
  • Bus Cleaners;
  • Ski Patrollers;
  • Vehicle Accountability Officers;
  • Cross Country Trail Groomers; and
  • Tourism Information Officers (Reception).
