FAQ's
1. After I buy online, will I receive my lift pass in the mail?
No. You will be given a receipt number and you will need to present this at the office when you arrive at Hotham.
2. How late can I purchase a ticket online before getting to the mountain? In other words, can I buy the ticket online late Friday night and then turn up first thing on Saturday?
Please purchase your ticket 24 hours prior to turning up to collect it.
3. Is the pass held for me somewhere?
It is not held for you, it will automatically be in the system instead. All you need to do is either print out or write down the receipt number given to you.
4. How do I collect it?
By going to the Advance Sales counter at Hotham Central.
5. Can I collect it from anywhere else?
No.
6. What sort of identification do I need?
You only need the receipt number and your name.
7. Can I get someone else to collect the pass for me?
No.
8. What happens if I purchase my pass and I have to cancel my trip to Hotham or decide not to go?
Unfortunately there are no refunds on lift tickets.
