The past few years has seen an end to the solely snowboarder domain of half pipes with some rad new school skiers busting moves and going huge.

Riding the pipe has developed into a sport in its own right with a dedicated group of snowboarders and skiers executing increasingly technical moves. Hotham has its fair share of local rippers to inspire as we ride Gotcha.

To ensure the pipe is in top shape, Hotham's snow groomers have been sent overseas for international training in pipe construction and maintenance.
